Where It Is Used
It regulates the compressed air pulse in the weft insertion circuit, so a worn valve shows up as weak or irregular weft insertion rather than as a mechanical breakage.

How do I tell a valve fault from air pressure loss?
Check the coil resistance and the seal first: a valve that clicks but does not switch air usually has a swollen seal, while a valve with no click has an electrical fault. Send us the measured values and we will confirm the replacement.
